Raffle Rules — "Print the Future" Exhibition

01 — Organisation

The raffle is held as part of the Print the Future exhibition.

02 — Participation

Participation is free and requires a valid registration. To enter:

1. 1. When you enter the event, at the kiosk you get a (free) ticket with a QR Code.
2. 2. Scan the QR Code and fill in the form with the requested details.

03 — Registration Conditions

• —Only 1 (one) registration per person is allowed.
• —Duplicate registrations (same person) may be voided; only one valid entry will be counted.
• —Only entries with complete and correctly filled-in data will be accepted.

04 — Entry Period

Entries are accepted throughout the event period, up to the moment of the draw.

05 — Draw Date & Time

The draw takes place on Sunday at 4:00 pm, at the event venue.

06 — Winner Selection

• —Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• —The organisers may request proof of identity to confirm one entry per person.

07 — Announcement & Contact

• —Winner(s) will be announced at the time of the draw.
• —Where applicable, the organisation may contact the winner using the details provided at registration.

08 — Disqualification

The organisers reserve the right to disqualify entries that:

• —Contain false, incomplete, or incorrect data.
• —Violate the one-entry-per-person rule.
• —Show signs of fraud or attempted manipulation of the draw.

09 — Data Protection

Data collected is used solely for the management of the raffle and to contact winner(s), and is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
